This series of pneumatic picks (crushing picks, pneumatic picks) are mainly exported to markets such as Russia. They have the characteristics of light weight, simple structure, easy operation, and automatic parking when crushing workpieces. Widely used in coal mining, mining of soft rocks, including excavation of foot pits, water ditches, construction and installation, crushing of concrete in engineering, frozen soil, civil engineering and underground engineering, civil air defense engineering, sand turning plants, foundries, and mechanical industries where impact motion is required, such as loading and unloading of towing machines, tank track pins, etc. The air picks produced by our company are more than twice as wear-resistant as similar products

9. The detonator, copper core wire, and detonating needle are kept and used by the detonator full-time, and it is prohibited to lend them to others for use. The detonating needle should be covered with a soft plastic sleeve to prevent damage to the detonating needle when recycling copper core wires. After each explosion, the detonator should use a wire winding device to timely retrieve the detonating busbar.
10. After the connection of the detonating system of the detonating tube is completed, the detonating needle is inserted into the 3cm cut detonating tube. One end of the detonating busbar (copper core wire) is connected to the two wires of the detonating needle, and then the team leader connects the other end of the detonating busbar and the two copper wires to the two terminals of the detonator. After the circuit is connected, turn the "Charge Shoot" switch of the detonator to the "Charge" position. The detonator emits a beep, and the charging indicator light lights up. Quickly turn the switch back to the "Shoot" position to detonate the detonating tube, and the detonation task ends. Shoot immediately after the light is on, otherwise charging for too long will damage the detonator components.
11. Normally, the ignition switch should wear a dustproof and waterproof cap. When initiating, remove the cap and install the ignition key. After firing, remove the key and wear a dustproof and waterproof cap. Prevent damage to the detonator.
12. The detonator and key are in the charge of the team leader, while other personnel are responsible for the connection and wiring of the detonating busbar, and cover the detonating needle with an iron cover. After all preparations are completed and the team leader on duty issues the detonation command, the detonation busbar can be connected to the detonator, and a warning should be set up. After confirming safety, the team leader can initiate the detonation; If blind (mute) blasting occurs, it shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.14 of the "Blasting Safety Regulations".
13. The detonating needle can be used multiple times. When the ignition rate decreases, a small file or sandpaper can be used to polish the tip of the detonating needle, and the damaged part of the needle can be worn off before use.
The above is the safety operation regulations for detonators shared by the editor, hoping to be helpful to everyone.
