Operating procedures

2、 Inspect and record the faults of the detonators that need to be repaired in this class, conduct regular performance parameter tests on the detonators, and master the structural performance and repair process of the detonators.

3、 When repairing the detonator, the capacitor should be fully discharged first, and then the components should be repaired or replaced.

4、 The replaced components should meet the requirements of the "Quality Standards for Maintenance of Coal Mine Mechanical and Electrical Equipment".

5、 Test the insulation resistance of the equipment and dry the affected equipment.

6、 It is strictly prohibited to conduct short circuit tests on two wiring terminals. To avoid damage to electrical components and equipment.

7、 After maintenance, the detonator must undergo a burst energy and discharge time test, and can only be used after passing the test.

8、 The repaired detonator must comply with the "Coal Mine Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Integrity Standards" and relevant standards and regulations for explosion-proof electrical equipment.

9、 Carefully fill out the maintenance records.
