The general requirements for blasting work include: safety production should be achieved in blasting work, blasting safety regulations and relevant safety regulations should be conscientiously implemented, and the operation inspection and handling of various construction processes before and after blasting work should be effectively carried out to prevent accidents from occurring.

1. The blasting work should be carried out according to the approved blasting line design plan, and each blasting site should have a dedicated person responsible for blasting command and organizing safety warning work;

2. Personnel engaged in blasting work must have received specialized training in blasting technology, be familiar with the performance, operating methods, and safety regulations of blasting equipment;

3. The blasting materials must meet the standards and site usage conditions, and each batch of blasting materials must undergo relevant performance tests before use;

4. It is strictly prohibited to drill holes, charge explosives, shoot while blasting, and impact and compress detonators with detonators;

5. When conducting blasting, both audio and visual signals should be used simultaneously. The detonation command can only be issued after completing the warning arrangement and confirming safety. When there are several blasting sites in the same area, unified command and action should be taken;

6. During the initiation, a dedicated person must count the number of shots fired. If the number of shots loaded and fired is inconsistent, the inspection should only be conducted 20 minutes after the next shot explodes. It is strictly prohibited to use fuses with different burning rates in one shot; Electric detonators produced by different manufacturers or of different varieties shall not be mixed for use.

7. Open air blasting operations are not allowed in dense fog, lightning, rainstorm and dark night. Explosive boxes and detonator boxes must be stored separately, and the distance between the two must not be less than 5m.
